Conclusion

Albi is a good choice for large organizations with well trained technicians due to the complex nature of the software and the high cost of being trained to use it. RestorationX fits more with the average restoration company that has between 2-20 employees. A good analogy between these two softwares is Adobe Photoshop vs. Canva.

Differences can be seen in the classic "Theory vs. Practice" dynamic between these two apps. Most notably in the way that dry logs are handled. Albi software makes it very hard to go back in and edit the dry logs once they're entered and RestorationX makes that process a simple one.  Technicians forget readings like they get a bonus if they do so. It's that understanding that gives RestorationX the edge.
